If I could leave a no star review I would. Absolutely horrified with the level of customer service. Been dealing with these guys for three days now trying to get a generator to power our Cafe and now I'm not getting any kind of response. You guys have wasted three days of my time when I could have been enquiring elsewhere now tomorrow ill have to keep the shop closed and run at a total loss on one of our busiest days. 100% would not recommend you to anyone.

I needed to contact these guys over a small business matter. The friendly but efficient way in which these went about their business was refreshing. I dealt with two guys who are both named Scotty. It seemed that nothing was a hassle for either of them. Well done crew, I hope you keep kicking goals.

Can you explain? A supervisor/hr officer with an Indian accent that claimed to be a Ben Simpson while talking to me on the phone, then when I Ph back after talking to this Ben... this Ben doesn't even exist. Btw all recorded with him stating his pretend name.. Wow scam lies and not a god business module??? I am now blocked from all comunicationLet's talk about what Debbie did??Aiding Rex's abuse on his family with lies as to his where abouts?? . Yes all recorded. INC ETC.
